MEET THE TEAM

Marcus began his career with H&R as a remote salesperson in Tuscaloosa. Today, we have an extremely strong, dynamic, and growing location in Tuscaloosa with a talented and high-performing staff. Marcus would attribute this success to his team and to others in our organization that helped them grow.

Jim joined H&R in January of 2001. He has vast industry experience from working for other dealers and as a territory manager for Hobart. His experience and focus have accelerated the growth of the Memphis location, which has now become two high-performing branches.

Maribeth has extensive sales experience with all types of customers, and her experience continues to expand each day. She also has a deep understanding of H&R’s value proposition and communicating it to our customers.

Wayne has led many efforts and supported many areas across our company that most are unaware of; these have allowed us to be where we are today. We also have a full roadmap of operational improvements that we plan to keep moving forward.

According to Mason, consolidation, digital disruption, and generational dynamics will continue to change the foodservice industry and all of us will need to make sure our business models remain relevant to our customers.
